SD Government, a Gogo company, gains greater reach in the EMEA military and government aviation market.
Eclipse gains new Eutelsat OneWeb Connectivity Services for its French- and EMEA-based customers, along with additional Low Earth Orbit (LEO) Aircraft SATCOM equipment solutions.
Paris / Broomfield, CO / Dubai — November 17 2025.
SD Government, a Gogo company (NASDAQ: GOGO) and Eclipse Global Connectivity (Eclipse) announced today at the Dubai Airshow, that they have executed an Authorized Reseller Agreement. This significant move will enhance both companies’ strengths in the airborne connectivity market.
This agreement allows SD Government to expand its presence in the EMEA military and government markets by leveraging Eclipse’s decades of expertise in providing comprehensive airborne SATCOM solutions to the defense and government VIP transport sectors. As an authorized reseller, Eclipse will soon be able to offer Eutelsat’s OneWeb constellation services to its French and EMEA-based customers, while also introducing additional Low Earth Orbit (LEO) solutions to its already extensive airborne SATCOM offerings.
Complementing Eclipse’s growing range of hardware and service options, the agreement authorizes the company to sell the full range of Gogo Galileo Aircraft SATCOM equipment (HDX, FDX, FDX-r), along with a complete suite of cabin networking equipment. With this agreement in place, Eclipse can also provide Gogo’s Galileo Government airtime plans, which offer access to the Global OneWeb LEO network.
What’s more, to further strengthen the overall offering, Eclipse is committed to proposing and developing Supplemental Type Certificates (STCs) for the Gogo Aircraft SATCOM equipment, addressing as broad a range of manned and unmanned aircraft platforms.
Marc Pinault, CEO of Eclipse underscored the benefits for the company’s clients, saying: “At a time when the market is moving towards LEO solutions, becoming a Gogo authorised dealer will help us offer even more solutions to our French and EMEA-based clients, equipping them with additional ways to increase their ability to achieve mission success. We are excited to become Gogo’s first EMEA Military & Government airtime partner and are eager to share our extensive experience delivering holistic solutions across Europe, including in France. Our mission is to deliver secure, future-ready solutions that effectively meet our clients’ needs, and this partnership gives us even greater flexibility to do just that.”
Ben Massey, Vice President at SD Government, reiterated the importance of the relationship, saying: “Eclipse has been a recognized leader in the Military and Government Aircraft Connectivity domain for over two decades, and so is a natural partner for SD Government, as we continue to expand our international business rapidly. Their ability to offer turnkey solutions, including STCs, will ensure that our Gogo Galileo LEO capability can be easily installed on an even wider range of manned and unmanned platforms.
Jason Sperry, Head of Business and Government Aviation for Eutelsat said: “The capabilities we’ve developed for the business aviation market through our OneWeb Low Earth Orbit (LEO) network translate directly into the government domain and are available today. Our LEO connectivity already meets the key criteria for secure, resilient, high-speed, and low-latency communications — capabilities that governments require now. We’re proud to offer these proven solutions and to serve this vital market.”
