Our Hatch-Mount Antenna has received a FRA Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) for C-130H & C-130-H30 Hercules Aircraft.
We are thrilled to achieve this pivotal milestone and delighted to be the first in Europe to obtain an STC for a removable Satellite Communications (SATCOM) solution on these Command and Control (C2) and Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) platforms.
Approved under the French Government’s @Direction générale de l’armement, or DGA, this milestone enables C-130H and C130H-30 aircraft users worldwide to validate the system with their local certification authorities—significantly enhancing mission objective achievement through the power of SATCOM.
C2 and ISR missions, which must handle massive amounts of data, gain the ability to transmit live HD video with the solution.
With its easy installation and removal, the hatch-mount antenna is a versatile solution that connects to our Roll-on/Roll-off Viper equipment rack. It allows users to share information between forces and headquarters and share resources, effortlessly moving the system across their fleet.
